Lagniappe Advantage can provide members access to their healthcare data through third-party software applications or patient portals of the member’s choice, in compliance with the technical, content, and vocabulary standards adopted in the Interoperability and Patient Access final rule (CMS9115-F) and ONC 21st Century Cures Act final rule (45 CFR 170.213 and 170.215).
