You can access your claims and other member information by signing in to Liberty Dental’s member portal.

If you have questions about your benefits or need assistance scheduling an appointment, call Liberty Dental’s member service representatives at 1-866-544-1942 (TTY: 771).

Step 1

Log in to your Nations Benefits account to locate a list of in-network providers or call Nations Benefits Member Support at 877-492-9363 (TTY: 771).

Step 2

Make an appointment with your preferred in-network provider.

Step 3

Attend your appointment! Your provider will work with you to understand how to access your hearing aid benefits.

Logging in to the  Helper Bees portal will provide you with an overview of benefits available to you.

To access your Helper Bees account, check your balances, and schedule services that are included in your plan’s benefits, you can log in to your Helper Bees account or call The Helper Bees at 888-336-4649.

Step 1

Find a participating provider by visiting the provider directory and search for “optometry.” This will locate eye health providers in your area that work within network.

Step 2

Make an appointment with your preferred in-network provider.

Step 3

At your appointment, ask your provider to bill Lagniappe Senior Care.

If you do receive a bill for services, you must complete this Medical Reimbursement (DMR) form.
